What is STRIVE Village?
Besides HARD WORK, INTEGRITY, & JUICE, our formula implements progressive Strength Training and Conditioning in a community-like, yet private environment. Utilizing these two highly effective training components, and tailoring the combination to fit each client's needs and goals, we are able to provide results for a wide range of individuals. While our training is very challenging and intense by design, our training is very low impact. Our highly trained Coaches train all of our clients with an emphasis on safe and controlled movements.

What should I expect at my first session at STRIVE Village?
The unexpected. Cliché? Maybe. BUT we guarantee training at STRIVE Village will be unlike anything you have ever experienced whether you are a beginner or a professional athlete. Please arrive ~10 minutes early to your first session to cover standard first day procedures. All you have to bring is the effort and mindset to be coached and your Coach will take it from there. Workout attire and proper training shoes are also a must.
What if I have injuries or other conditions?
With our elite-level Coaches and industry leading equipment we can work around and cater to all types of injuries or conditions. We STRIVE to implement low-impact training in both our strength and conditioning exercises. Note that it is your duty to share any and all of your pertinent health history, prescribed medications, and all physician information dealing with your health, wellness, and ability to engage in rigorous exercise. We keep things simple and implement the industry standard 24-hour policy for all cancellations and reschedules of training appointments. Meaning that canceling or rescheduling a session within a 24-hour window from that session will result in the cancelled/rescheduled session being charged to your account as if you had attended the session.What is the Expiration Policy on sessions/packages?
All training packages and drop-in sessions expire in 180 days with exception of the New Client Intro 2-Pack, which expires 15 days from the first session.How old do you have to be to train?
You must be at least 15 years old to train at our facility. Please note that all clients, who are 15-17 years of age, must have a parent or guardian handle our client registration process on-site and in person including signing our liability waiver prior to the minor's first session. The minor and the legal guardian will also be required to bring valid photo IDs that we will photocopy and keep on file.
